PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time is usually same day, however please allow up to 5 working days.

If you need your order to arrive for a specific day, please get in touch before ordering and leave a note of your request in order notes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

 

UK SHIPPING

Once your order has been despatched, we expect it to arrive within 1-3 working days, depending on the chosen shipping method. Please be aware, that during the holiday season some areas of the country may experience some delays. We are not responsible for any delay once dispatched and can only advise customers of the timescales given by the couriers or delivery services.

Orders are mostly sent via Royal Mail however some larger parcels may be sent via courier such as DPD. 

Orders under £40, a £3.95 postage fee applies.

Orders over £40 will receive free standard shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We do not currently offer international shipping.
